Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Deposits and Payments: A deposit equal to one nights tariff is payable to confirm a booking. Full payment of the balance is due upon booking confirmation or 2 weeks prior to arrival whichever is the later or as per the date stated on your confirmation letter. For bookings over the Christmas/New Year period full payment is required by 1st November. Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination. Within 48 hours of arrival should you wish to reduce the length of stay you will be charged the total cost of your original booking unless we are able to rebook the vacant days.
Standard Cancellation Conditions: Your deposit is fully refundable (less a $20 administration fee) should you cancel your booking more than two weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your booking.
Peak Season and Public Holiday Cancellation Conditions: After full payment has been received refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one nights tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.
It may be wise to consider travel insurance to cover you in the case of any emergency.
Occupancy Conditions: To maintain quality standards and privacy for all guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most will respect our property but occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
The number of guests at the apartment should not exceed the number stated on your Confirmation Letter unless subsequently agreed with us.
