Very comfortable home with all facilities including sun-room and private garden set in a very peaceful setting, yet only a short drive into Albany city along beautiful ocean scenery.You are also not far from boat-rides, fishing, walk/bike paths, wineries, Whaleworld and so many other sights. Directions: When you reach the large roundabout at the entrance to Albany, take the North Road exit (2nd exit) and travel to next roundabout, turning left into Ulster Rd. Travel approx 5kms and turn right into Troode St, then left into Emu Point Rd and then left into Clark St which leads into Swarbrick St. Greeble St is 2nd on the right. |
