Cancellation

2pm hold on all rooms unless guaranteed with a credit card. Reservation must be cancelled by 2pm on the arrival day to ensure credit card is not billed. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
