A cross between a treasure hunt and a car rally, iTrails are designed to give families and groups the opportunity for a fun and stimulating adventure. They give visitors as well as locals an appreciation of the treasures that we have to offer here in the Great Southern taking them to areas that are off the normal tourist route.
As an “iTrailer” you will use GPS coordinates, picture clues, cryptic clues and/or directions to find your way from Checkpoint to Checkpoint. The iTrails packs are made up of a folder; a trail booklet with clues, directions and a crossword to complete (giving you a code word); and Fun Fact sheets. At each Checkpoint you will read human-interest stories and quirky little-known facts about the areas you visit. What better way to rekindle your passion for the great outdoors and have some family fun together.
