Cancellation

Bookings cancelled less than 14 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the deposit held. Bookings cancelled more than 40 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the deposit held. Bookings amended less than 40 days prior to your arrival date will be charged full tariff on the initial dates of your booking. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. Upon Check in if any alteration or cancellation of time booked occurs the quoted tarriff will be charged. Please check your holiday dates carefully. All cancellations must be in writing email or by facsmile.
