Downstairs is the Living, kitchen, dining, laundry & toilet, patio and upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom with luxurious corner spa bath. There is a one bay carpark and an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property. Free wifi is included, along with air conditioning and laundry facilities. For bike enthusiasts cycle paths are accessible and can get you in to the town centre as well as out to Emu Point whilst enjoying the seascape along the way.
