Cancellation

All booking changes / cancellations required to be received in writing. A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. 30 days or more notification are eligible for a full refund less cancellation fee. 15-30 days notification are eligible for 50% refund after cancellation fee deducted. 1-14 days notification are not eligible for a refund, but we can hold in credit for 12 months. Fees Tariffs quoted are for number of adults / children advised at time of quotation. The tariff will vary if the number of guests changes or if there is a tariff increase. The tariff payable is that applicable at date of arrival Adults 16 years + - Children 2 – 15 years Late checkout May be available – check with manager at time of booking (a fee may be payable) Pets permitted on sites only NOT in accommodation. Thank You. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
