A minimum of 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
